What began as a quest for personal healing evolved into something far greater. A passion for supporting others with their own healing journeys.

I made the big decision to take some time out in 2019 and pursue my passion for snowboarding. I needed to find my joy in life again after losing both my parents and experiencing some intense relationship challenges. I had an exciting two years in Whistler before making Squamish my home!

During this time I have continued my successful 20 year career as a Sales Director working remotely for a London-based recruiter. I love my job but I knew I had more to share and that something was missing for me!

My interest in self-development has been ongoing since my 20’s. My healing journey and interest in holistic modalities truly started whilst caring for my Mum as she battled cancer. It gained momentum when navigating my grief. I took up Kundalini yoga, explored multiple retreats, acquired knowledge of food as medicine and absorbed information wherever I could find it!

My own health challenges over the last few years with burn out, chronic fatigue, IBS and migraines led me down a desperate path of Naturopathic medicines, tests and trials of anything that could offer a glimmer of relief or hope. This is how I found the magic of Spinal Flow!

I further deepened my knowledge whilst I trained as a trauma-informed, VITA Love, Sex & Relationship Coach. This amazing, rewarding, challenging and introspective journey has given me experience in breathwork, meditation, inner-child work, parts work, nervous system regulation and an even greater drive to support others on their own journeys!

I am currently training to become a Somatic Channelling Practitioner and have completed my training as a Spinal Flow Practitioner. I am still obsessed with snowboarding, love my yoga and am exploring herbology and Human Design. I can’t wait to work with you to deliver the life-changing results that I have experienced!
